In order to officially secure your entry in the tournament, you will need to fund your TwinSpires tournament account by 12 p.m. Pacific Time, November 3, 2025.

Once your tournament account is funded a VIP Services representative will contact you with your tournament log in information.

Your funding options are as follows:

Transfer from your wagering account
Use any of our existing funding methods to deposit the $10,000 entry fee to your TwinSpires wagering account. Then call Player Services at 1-877-774-7371 to request a transfer to your TwinSpires tournament account.

Wire Transfer
You can transfer funds directly from your bank account to your BCBC tournament account via wire transfer.

Steps to make a TwinSpires deposit via a wire transfer from your bank:

1. Instruct your bank to transfer funds to:

   Be sure to also include on the bank wire form the following text:
   "For further credit to: <your name> TwinSpires Acct # <your account #>"
2. Call customer service at 1-877-SPIRES1 and inform the representative that you have initiated a Bank Wire Transfer.
3. We will call our bank to verify that the funds were received. Once we have confirmed receipt of the funds, we will credit your account with the funds.
